Kazimierz was founded by King Casimir the Great, but only due to a series of historical coincidences it became a Jewish town.
During this tour, we will discover how this happened. We will explore Jewish customs and culture, learn more about Judaism and the Torah, visit an active synagogue, and finish our walk at a kirkut – a traditional Jewish cemetery.

- The route can always be adjusted together depending on your interests.
- Ticketed sites along the route do not require advance booking – tickets can be purchased directly before entering.
On Saturdays, due to the Sabbath, the Remuh Synagogue and Remuh Cemetery are closed to visitors.
